Update 27th May............... ILOVE my house!!

Hey here is another update ............. Cornices are all up, the bricks are all done excluding the fireplace in the Grand Outdoor Room and the skirting boards have been delivered, here are the pics to show you!!

We also got a call to say that our kitchen is due to be put in tomorrow with the painters coming in next week, so it is powering along like a well oiled machine.................. Can you tell I'm married to a mechanic????? hahahahahaha!!

And we ordered our family portraits on canvas for the house last night and they are awesome, I can't wait to get them and hang them in our beautiful house!! For those of you in Victoria check out VERVE portraits they are in Surrey Hills they are the best (but a bit expensive) check them out!

Picture Update 22nd May.

We stopped by to have a look at what has been done this week at our house as we have been so very busy all week that we only stopped quickly right on night fall on Wednesday, the plasterers where there but were NOT happy to see me!!!!!! So we went today camera in hand to record what has been done............

Things are progressing so fast we are in shock, the quality of the work being done is fantastic, we are so lucky that we have such a great site manager, the subcontractors that he uses are very good. Metricon have been a dream to work with....................we are happy happy happy!!!! We can't wait to be able to call this beautiful house our home!

Brick Piers & Finished Entrance.

Tonight we found that we have two lovely brick piers and our front entrance is all finished!!

Hey all a quick update Mark went to the house today to have a chat with the brick layers and so he took some more pics for me in day light.

I am so happy with the brick it is gorgeous I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! What do you think?????

We Have Brick Piles & Tada........A wall!!!

We were so very excited to go to the house tonight after work to find lots of brick piles and the wall of our garage up!!!! YAY it looks awsome even if I do say so myself hehehehe!!!

Dodgy pic I know but it was getting dark, but I cant stop looking at it, sad I know!!

We also have insulation, bath hobs and very sexy timber lined Outdoor room and Portico.
I will take and post more pics on the weekend.

Inside Update

After a lovely sunny couple of days our swamp was hard and dry today so I stopped past to take some inside daytime pics for my play by play house album!!!!

The heating duct work is done and the sparkies are starting all the wiring, cavity slide doors are all in bar 1, our bricks are due this week with laying to commence next week sometime weather permitting, otherwise they will start the plaster first!!! YAY!!

As fate would have it it is now raining cats & dogs so we will be
