We are in Toowoomba Queensland. We first found the Denver plan 2 years ago and we went and checked the display and fell in love the only problem was Metricon were not building in our area. So we put our block finding efforts aside for awhile and now Metricon have started building in our area. Just a matter of finding a block now that ticks all the boxes, easier said than done. ReplyDeleteSlab looks good! Things will move fast from now on. We had our slab done Feb 2, and should be locked up by end of April.
